Many would say we can see huge drop in prices which can be a repeat in 2008 but this was not the case we have a housing shortage versus an abundant of foreclosures, short sales and almost double equity as history reports which is completely opposite. Currently 2023 first quarter reports demographically that some homes prices appreciated and some declined.
