Looking to hire your realtor to sell your home can be a task. However please do your research to know everything you can about your realtor. Have him or her send information prior about them or view their website and send pre-listing package prior meeting seller. Find out what they have currently sold, watch how they present themselves, presentations and dress. Listen to see if your realtor has the drive and motivation to get your home sold. Look for honesty, integrity, professionalism, respecting customer's privacy and always on time.
