The last 90 days April to June 4th 2022 the sold waterfront properties on the Chain of Lakes were only 2. One was a cash buyer over 5 mil and no seller concession with over 10,000 square feet of living space. However it seems to be many families are homesteading and maybe undecided to sell. Nothing beats living on the tranquilizing Butler Chain of Lakes with stunning views of a daily sunrise and sunset.
