This is because this shows you are a serious seller, the market is not as saturated with less competition verses in the spring and closing generally will take 40-50 days this time of year. Depending on demographics, especially in the winter snow season, you must have someone always available to shovel snow on entry way, sidewalks and driveway so that potential buyers may have easy entry access to him without slipping or falling on your property.
This also shows that your warm home can have a cozy sense and family feeling, especially if you have a wood burning fireplace that will show up in the home! Leave heat on!! Again, remember these are serious buyers as you are a serious seller! In this season many corporate relocations are established, huge bonuses and tax season, which means more money to spend.
