To get top dollar for your house curb appeal is a must, as buyers drive by your home, you want your yard to attract them to come inside. Decorative curbing is a bonus and depending on the time of year, fresh plant's will do wonders.  Many times the outside can set the atmosphere once buyers enter your home. Any flower beds must be well kept up. Pressure wash driveway, outside entrance, all eaves, house and sidewalks. Make sure no holes are in the face, this keeps small animals such as squirrels and wasp nest forming. Simple little things like the mailbox in tact and water hoses put up means a lot. Tree's and hedges trimmed yard, freshly cut and weed free if possible. 

Look up at the gutters if any, they can contain leaves and debris that can back up water flow of rain.  Look closely at the exterior paint job on your home and spider cracks on stucco which commonly occur in Florida.   Inside use the light bulb's called daylight much as you can around the home.  These modern light's makes the home pop! Yellow bulbs are now the thing of the 80's. Look at the walls for smudges, these need to be cleaned or walls with a fresh coat of paint. Review carpet condition of all rooms. All bathrooms, windows and glass cleaned, counters decluttered throughout the home. Fresh smelling fragrance up entering the home can also set the tone. Ensure you keep up annual HVAC service with records. If you have a fireplace, ensure it is cleaned out.
