Dynamics are definitely transitioning since June 2022 along with supply and demand. Interest rates jumped .75%, July 2022 .75% and September .75%. The upcoming months should see a return of buyers, as the mortgage rates appear to have already peaked and have been coming down since mid-November 2022. S be advised, this may be the one and only window for the next few years to get into a buyer's market. Remember as the federal reserve data shows, home prices only go up and always recover from a recession no matter how mild or severe. Long term homeowners should view this market right now as a unique buying opportunity.

Lenders are being even more creative based on the economical state of the housing market. Families are now rethinking of buying a home versus a new car in Dr Phillips and across the nation. Why?
