SUBURBS OUTSIDE OF DR PHILLIPS AND ORLANDO AREA

Looking more into a bit more land in the suburbs outside Orlando? There are a few cities and towns that can accommodate land for horses and livestock. For one Gotha located in Orange County, a bit on the countryside, located southwest of Central Florida, however next to Winter Garden and Windermere areas. Oviedo and Deltona which is more rural on the Northeast side of Orlando provides the same.

HOMES

Many older communities have homes have larger lots to name a few Saint Cloud, Longwood, Wedgefield and Dr Phillips area with sturdy homes. I particularly like these areas. Dr Phillips are full of large oak trees which was well built and not far from all the Central Florida attractions. Horizon West, located in Orange County currently one of the up and coming new communities on the Southwest side of Orlando which is very close to the Disney attractions. 

LOCATIONS

Heathrow, located in Seminole County is very upscale and on the eastern side of Orlando. Many homes built in the 1980's and up. Oviedo which is located on the Northeast side of Orlando. More rural area for many homes are on septic tanks and definitely land for agriculture, horses and cows. Wekiwa Springs, located on the North side of Orlando in Orange County. Apopka is well noted for picnicking, trails, natural clear spring water that attracts many families to the state park.

You can Kayak, canoe, volleyball at the state park. Black Hammock in Oviedo/Seminole County has homes from the 1970's and up, with acreage located on the North side of Orlando. Deltona which is located in rural Volusia County on the North side of Orlando is less inexpensive with much land with many 1966-1990 homes. many investors purchased in this area that was known as the sweet spot for them. Winter Springs located in Seminole County on the North side of Orlando has older homes with acreage reasonably priced, homes built 1950's and up.
