There are many signs to determine to sell your home soon. For example, my experience working at Cape Canaveral 2009-2011. The word was out on the street that the Space Shuttle Program was retiring, this the local economy money maker. Many homeowners and businesses were astonished and had to make serious decisions. As we know the Space Shuttle program has been in business since April 1981. The local economy Titusville, Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Palm Bay and Rockledge was affected. Of course Patrick AFB is still up and running south of Cape Canaveral. Cape Canaveral employed many high roller engineers and technicians. Other signs are stock market, world events, major roadways coming, eminent domain coming, strong market and lot's of equity, outgrowing your home, lifestyles change and many more. WHAT HAPPENED

June 2011 was the last launch by the Space Shuttle. 2004 President Bush tabled the idea of canceling this program due to the safety, high cost, slow turnaround, few customers and recommendations from congress on the 1986 Challenger accident. President Obama signed a bill into law October 11 2010 canceling the program and Space X was on record to be awarded the new space exploration program. Space X which was founded in May 2002. When the word got out, many saw the economy slipping and homeowners wanted to bail and sell out before the market got saturated. Some homeowners stayed and many sold and relocated to find jobs elsewhere. Yes this seriously hurt the economy from homes, hotels and businesses!
