New construction homes incentives lately has been offering great deals since the two spikes in the interest rates. HOUSING SUPPLY

Housing supply is slowly starting to build as homes stay longer than the norm the last two years. This is due to the market has shifted and it is trying to be corrected by the rise in the interest rates. This will not happen overnight. It took 2.5 years to get where we are at. It may take at least 4-6 years to get back to pre pandemic interest rates and for growth in the market supply of homes. However by looking at the chart displayed, it has been steadily rising each month from the beginning of the year.

Also builders are keeping a close eye on market trends, they are finding buyer demands has lightened up on buying with builders are not building as fast as before so that overbuilding does not occur.
