New construction building challenges has gotten a bit better. During the whole 2020-2022 covid period material were very difficult to obtain and in a spiral mode. Many employees at docks to unload materials from ships quit and had covid, this became a major problem to our nation. From car parts to all retail stores became a major shortage. With a backlog in the housing inventory of materials homes did not close in the normal period which caused a lot of stress to builders and home buyers.
