Each home has a different elevation A, B or C. A is considered the basic facelift on the outside, B is a bit upgraded outside package look and C is the premium outside package look. Of course with the B and C package the prices are increased because of the upgrade. This ranges from the roof lines, lanai and interior upgrades.

PREFERRED LENDERS

Typically the builder of the inventory home has their preferred lenders. The incentive is that using their preferred lender, the builder will pay most or all of buyer's closing cost. Each builder is different. This is a huge savings incentive to the buyer that can be anywhere from 6500-25,000 and up depending on total cost of home. Some options is that they can have you use they money for upgrades or mix and match. Some for upgrades and some for closing cost. Now this is only if you choose a lot to have a home built and you pick everything out. If inventory home is already in process, you can only put the incentive to your closing cost.
