Look at all Realtor reviews, look at Realtor website home page about me content. Look up his or her designations and check all references and capabilities as for being tech savvy in today's market. Look up county the website to see if the Realtor has any issues concerning the law. Interview at least three Realtors to understand their approach and style. Pay attention on their marketing plan to sell your home.  A full time realtor should have all the time and attention to meet you and your family needs. Seek to find out about their education and how many years of experience do they have. Ensure your realtor know the current market conditions an in tune with city and county projects.  This helps you choose the proper area you like to live.
