As of November 16th 2022 reports show houses for sale in Orlando Florida are still selling quickly. The typical home that has went pending in September recorded a buyer in only 19 Days. However when you take a look at the wide spectrum of the Dr Phillips area to include those sellers that has not acquired a willing, able and ready buyer in 19 days. Looking at the overall picture of the inventory of homes for sale, including those that have not found a buyer, the number of days on the market are a bit higher. adding to that it's much closer to 54 days which is at a 45 percent increase from last year this time. This shows that the interest rate spike four times this year so far has made a huge difference in the housing market.
