Economic Impact of Home Sales in Central Florida

Home sales in Florida are at all time extreme and no stop in sight since pandemic. Rumors has the cool down has started, however my prediction may start the first quarter 2023. The fundamental  key's that play a vital part are contractors, town officials, lawyers and city officials.

We as realtors, many study our current market and conditions. Your home sale add's to the local statistic's and pool of data that form's various reports to provide data that reports accurately to the public. This data is used to analyze market trends to measure the demographical sphere of sales and impact on future growth.

Once your home is recorded sold, it falls into a pool with others that can help adjust the economic dynamics and impact of home sales in Central Florida. 

This information helps buyer's and seller's decide if it is time to buy a home or sell a home. National Association of Realtors drives a lot of this data to aid many local boards and realtors. While homes are still aggressively selling despite FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) the rise of interest rates have not yet produce the comfort of the Federal Government. Supply and demand is sharply high.

There are several type's of sales. Foreclosure, Auction, Short Sale and Normal Sale. These are all accounted for and all categorized for historical data. Also what reports loan type such as VA, conventional and FHA. These sales make an economical impact and for some a decision maker for many buyer's and seller's. 

HOUSING MARKET

As a whole, the pandemic boosted the real estate housing market and anything associated with it. If you are gonna buy now in the Spring of 2022 you need to make up your mind by now because reports showing interest rates will hike at least another two times before 2022 is over. The housing market has boomed with listing homes for sale due to the flux of buyers with a sellers market as demand is very high with low inventory.
