Welcome to the Dr Phillips YMCA. Located in the center of Dr Phillips. The state of the art workout equipment awaits for you. Open six days a week Monday thru Friday 5:30am till 8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm for your personal needs and closed on Sundays with ample parking available. Their mission is about bringing families and communities even more closer and focus on family needs throughout the years. 

WHAT THEY OFFER

Certification courses, various youth sports, consuming healthy food habits, swimming lessons, water safety, camps throughout the year for all ages, personal training coach, steam and sauna, Zumba and much more. Family classes are available to sign up online. So much to enjoy to stay healthy and fit. Locker rooms and cubby are available for all members. An abundance of parking is available for all members.

Personal tours are always available, just sign up online. You may also see a virtual tour online if so desired. The Y app is also available to download and notified for personal service. Once a member, you have access to all Central Florida six county locations. No contracts or annual fees. There are member discounts available. Free child development available while you are working out with specialized membership.
