Central Florida home sales are statistics are sluggish for November 2022. Based on interest rates have spiked five times. June, July, September, November and December 2022. This is historical and never has happened to this magnitude in the federal government. Unfortunately something had to happen to break this post pandemic cycle. We currently have 90 days of housing inventory at this present time. Lastly the average sales price jumped 8% from this time last year.
