FACTS

If you are a veteran with an honorable discharge you eligible and can take advantage of a VA LOAN.  This is the best loan on the market for all veterans and this is your entitlement for your honorable duty. Why not? Virtually little or no money down can get you into a home of your choice based on qualification. There were instances I received money back on my newly built home.  If you qualify with disabilities you are eligible for tax deductions, if 100% disable you are exempted from taxes.  Did you know 65% of veterans do not know their rights when using a VA loan? 95% never had counseling? 33% did not know about the program? 8.1% lenders discouraged member from using the VA loan? I brought this information back from my conference in Washington DC June 3-5 2018 and was shocked! After serving in the local Orlando Chapter I decided to give back to our veterans what was not richly explained to them.  We learned in depth about lending rights, appraisals and fair housing from higher officials.

VA appraisers are trained and many prior military to perform their professional duties as well.  They perform a comprehensive job that meet higher standards than the average appraiser.  As for Fair Housing you have rights you cannot be turned down for sex, familial status or nation origin.  Once we meet I will catch you up on how this can be accomplished with utilizing the proper resources.  I am honored to assist you and your family with the purchasing of your new home in the Central Florida area.
